Common Questions

Do I get full ownership with a lease?

Leases are non-exclusive. You can release music using the beat under the license terms, but the beat can also be leased to others.

What are trackouts?

Trackouts (stems) are the individual instrument files (808, drums, melodies, etc.). They let your engineer mix the beat like a full session.

What happens after I buy an exclusive?

The beat is marked as sold and removed from exclusive availability. Any past leases remain valid unless the checkout terms say otherwise.

Do you offer custom terms?

Sometimes. Use the contact info on the About page and include the beat title + the license you want.
