Plain-language policy for digital beat purchases and related services.
Quick Note
Most purchases on this site are digital goods (downloadable files + licenses). Once delivered, digital goods are generally non-refundable except where required by law or if there’s a verified issue on our side.
If you run into a problem, we’ll prioritize fixing it fast (wrong files, missing delivery, duplicate charge, etc.).
1) Digital beat licenses (MP3 / WAV / Trackouts / Exclusive)
- All digital beat/license sales are final once the files or license access are delivered.
- If your download is missing, corrupted, or incorrect, we’ll replace / re-deliver the correct files.
- If you purchased the wrong license by mistake, we can often help with an upgrade credit (case-by-case).
2) Situations where we will help immediately
- Duplicate charge (accidental double purchase / billing error).
- Payment succeeded but delivery failed (no download link, no confirmation, etc.).
- Wrong files delivered (incorrect beat, incorrect format, missing stems).
- Corrupted files that fail to open or play (verified).
3) Chargebacks & disputes
If there’s an issue, contact us first so we can fix it quickly. Unnecessary chargebacks can result in lost access to downloads/licenses and may be flagged for fraud prevention.
4) Services (mixing/mastering, custom work)
If you purchase services (mix/master, custom beats, edits), refunds depend on whether work has started. Typical approach:
- Before work begins: refund may be possible (minus processing fees if applicable).
- After work begins: refunds are usually not available, but we’ll aim to resolve concerns with revisions.
- After delivery: the service is considered fulfilled; additional revisions may be offered based on the agreement.
5) How to request help
Use the contact info on the About page and include:
- Checkout email
- Beat name(s)
- License type
- What went wrong (and screenshots if helpful)
Common Questions
Digital goods are delivered instantly and can’t be “returned” the way physical products can. That’s why most digital download stores treat delivered files/licenses as final.
Contact us ASAP. We can often apply what you paid toward an upgrade (case-by-case), especially if the files haven’t been widely used yet.
We’ll re-deliver the correct files or provide an alternate download method. This is exactly the kind of issue we prioritize fixing.
Exclusives are digital goods with special availability rules, so once delivered they’re generally final. If there’s a verified error (delivery issue, duplicate charge), we’ll make it right.
